If anything is still

VPN won't connect / isn't working. What should I do?

Make sure you have other VPN services or extensions turned off. Using two VPNs at the same time can block the connection. Also try restarting the browser.

Premium is active, but Gosuslugi still won't open

Try reconnecting to the VPN. The service may be down.

I paid for Premium, but it hasn't been activated. What should I do?

Try signing out and signing back into your account, and also restart your browser. If that doesn't help, please contact support.

I’m not receiving the email with the login code. What should I do?

Wait 3 minutes and check the Spam folder. If there’s no email, request the code again.

Why doesn’t Gosuslugi work on the free/trial plan?

We restrict access to Gosuslugi on the free plan to prevent it from being used by fraudsters. This helps keep all users safe.

What does 20 minutes a day mean, and how can I remove the limit?

On the free plan, after activating the VPN, you get a 20-minute session. Subscribe to Premium to remove the limitations.

Can one Premium account be used on multiple devices?

Yes, to do this, you need to subscribe to the Family plan, which provides access for 6 devices.

This is Smart Routing. I’m abroad (by default): the VPN is used only for Russian websites. All other traffic goes directly.
